Postage & Packaging

All Ammavaru Jewellery orders are carefully packaged with intention, love and protection ready to arrive beautifully presented for gifting or keeping.

Delivery Options (UK only):

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For) – £4.50
  Estimated delivery 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• First Class Signed For – £7.00
  Estimated delivery 1–2 working days after dispatch.
• Next Day (Special Delivery Guaranteed) – £10.00
  Orders must be placed before 12pm and confirmed for next-day dispatch.
• Studio Collection (Letchworth Garden City) – Free
  You’ll receive an email when your order is ready to collect.

Delivery Options (Europe & Worldwide):

• Europe (Tracked & Signed) – £14.00
  Delivery aim: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
• Worldwide (Tracked & Signed) – £20.00
  Delivery aim: 5–7 working days after dispatch.

Dispatch Times

All orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days of purchase.

Terms & Conditions

• Once dispatched you will receive a confirmation email.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Royal Mail. Postal delays (especially around busy seasons or international destinations) are beyond our control.
• For international shipments: customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply in the destination country (these are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated).
• International shipments must comply with destination country rules and are subject to export/import restrictions — certain destinations may be unavailable.
• Ammavaru Jewellery is not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses entered at checkout please make sure details are correct.
• Next Day Delivery applies to UK mainland only and is subject to availability.
• Items cannot be shipped to certain countries where Royal Mail has suspended or restricted services please contact us if you are unsure.
