We're proud to say that not only are all of our products handmade in Britain, they each come with an affirmation. You use this affirmation to activate the piece, and reap the calming, spiritual benefits. All pieces are also hallmarked, so you can be sure of their authenticity.


In the unlikely event that you're unhappy with your purchase, we've got you covered. Here're a few things to bear in mind, though. There's a one-year warranty on sterling silver, gold and rose gold vermeil pieces, when presented with a proof of purchase (i.e. receipt). For gemstone pieces, there is a 6-month warranty. We're afraid that these warranties only cover manufacturing faults, not general wear and tear. So, any damage judged to be caused by excessive wear or neglect won't be considered faulty. 

Natural seed pieces are, sadly, not covered, but the one-year warranty applies to the chain and any other manufacturing fault.

Once we accept the faulty product, you can choose for it to be repaired, replaced or refunded where possible.

It's also important to remember that our warranty doesn't entitle you to receive replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items. Nor can we accept the return of special or bespoke products. Unless faulty, of course.

Adding to your jewellery collection is always exciting! But, wear and tear can take hold if you're not careful. Here're a few tips to make sure your piece stays as beautiful as the day you got it.

Always fasten your necklaces and bracelets, to avoid unsightly scratching or tangling. Also, try not to wear your jewellery in water (bath, shower, or swimming pool, for example), as it can cause pieces to lose their colour over time.

Don't store your pieces in direct sun, or the exterior might become worn. And, lastly, try to keep them away from perfumes, make-up, creams and other chemical products. This is just to protect the plating.
